14,000+ Tons of Wine Grapes Needed in TX
There are currently only 5,000 producing acres and 14,000 tons of annual wine grape production in Texas. The current demand from wineries requires at least an additional ~14,000 tons of grapes to meet current wine demand; this does not include future market growth. We will fill this supply gap.

Additional Demand in Central U.S.
There is additional grape demand in the central U.S. - east of the Rockies and west of the Mississippi River. These wineries are currently buying grapes from California at a premium due to transportation costs. It is much more cost-effective for us to ship to them directly.
Texas Climate & Land Cost
The Texas High Plains AVA is a prime climate for grape-growing. Additionally, raw land with ideal soil and water resources cost substantially less than California, providing greater profit margins and returns for investors.
